ResearchSphere ("we") provides academic support services via https://researchsphere.co.uk. This notice explains what we collect when you request a quote or contact us.

What we collect

Name, email address, project details (level, paper type, deadline, page count, instructions) and any files you choose to send. Technical logs may include IP address and browser type when you visit the site.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver work you request, and operate the website. We do not sell personal data. Emails are sent to ceo@researchsphere.co.uk.

Legal basis

UK GDPR: legitimate interests in running the service, and contract where you instruct us to proceed.

Retention

Enquiry and project records are kept only as long as needed to deliver the work, handle revisions and meet legal accounting requirements, then deleted or anonymised.
